I, the undersigned, hereby request that J Branch Logistics attempt to unlock the above-described vehicle or property, which I affirm that I either own or legally possess. I understand and acknowledge that J Branch Logistics personnel may use specialized tools and instruments to attempt to unlock my vehicle or property. I am aware that there is no guarantee that the unlocking attempt will be successful. I further understand that private locksmiths and other professional service providers are available as alternative options to assist with unlocking services. I acknowledge that attempting to unlock a vehicle or property carries inherent risks, including but not limited to, potential cosmetic, mechanical, or structural damage to locks, doors, windows, or surrounding areas. By signing this waiver, I hereby voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless J Branch Logistics, JB Roadside, and all affiliated employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses, whether known or unknown, present or future, arising out of or relating to the unlocking services provided at my request. I accept full responsibility for any damage that may occur and expressly assume all risks associated with the unlocking process.
